About the role:
Are you ready for a pivotal role ensuring safety, performance, and outstanding customer service? Join us as a Train Despatcher, where you'll play a crucial part in despatching trains both safely and punctually. This role requires assisting and providing courteous information to our valued customers. Please note that this role requires covering significant distances, involving up to 9 miles of walking per day.

Our trains and stations operate 7 days a week across a whole range of different hours – early morning and right into the night. So if your lifestyle enables you to work flexible shifts on an average of 35 hours per week this could work for you.
This role is safety critical, therefore you will need to meet the medical standards for this role, plus a drugs and alcohol screening.
