Your Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker or other experienced practitioner to join the Mosaic Family Treatment Team to work directly with parents and families that are experiencing difficulties relating to substance misuse.

About You

The ideal candidate will be interested in drugs and alcohol, their risks and effects, and aware of the harms these can do to individuals, families and communities. You will be passionate about supporting people to make positive changes and helping people to achieve their goals.
