FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced M & E Manager to strengthen their Project Management team.
Location: North Lanarkshire, Scotland, hybrid working available.

M & E Manager role:
• As a Head of M&E Delivery, you'll lead and manage engineering and supervisory staff across the framework.
M & E Manager responsibilities:
• Oversee M&E delivery from design to acceptance, ensuring safety, efficiency, compliance, and collaboration with the program team.
• Develop and manage partnerships with third-party providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams to foster exceptional performance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety.
• Align teams, roles, skills, and behaviour with project needs.
M & E Manager requirements:
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably specialising in M&E delivery for water projects.
• Experienced in design-build projects.
• Strong commercial judgement.
• Knowledge of health and safety laws.
• Quality Assurance (QA) Systems and Process
• A sound appreciation of the commercial implications of project delays.
