Role: Tenancy / Senior Tenancy Progression Coordinator
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working after settling in period)
Location: Tower Bridge
Salary: Competitive £27,000-£31,000 DOE + Commission
We are currently searching for a highly organised and efficient individual to join our expert Tenancy department. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth and safe running of the department and assist the team in effectively executing the administrative aspects of new tenancies, in order to maximise the efficiency of deal progression for the lettings offices. You must have at least two years' experience working in a Tenancy Administration related role and thrive on working under pressure and take pride in your work.
Main Duties:
- Management of a portfolio of multiple branches
- Responsible for reviewing/drafting tenancy documentation to ensure compliant and accurate
- Administer and maintain accurate files and follow through all current Company policies, procedures and relevant legislation to meet the highest professional standards
- Coordinating pre-tenancy requirements with Landlords, Tenants and Chestertons branches
Attributes:
- At least two years' experience working in Lettings Administration or similar
- Proactive
- Highly motivated and confident
- Excellent and accurate written communication skills
- Highly articulate
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
- High level of IT skills (word, excel, RPS)
- Ability to work as part of a team with tenancy services team and also branches
- Excellent working knowledge of lettings, tenancy legislation and contract requirements
- Ideally have achieved or be working towards the ARLA / NFOPP Technical award
