Our company is hiring a Goods In Supervisor coordinate our warehouse activities. As our Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include managing inventory levels, supervising the warehouse team, ensuring efficient deliveries, and securing the warehouse. Your duties also include ensuring health and safety, evaluating procedures and enhancing processes, ordering stock, and checking the accuracy of invoices and received inventory.
Goods In Supervisor Duties
• Supervising the paper warehouse calling off pallets of paper for 3 printing
machines
• Monitoring the productivity and stock levels of the warehouse.
• Performing safety checks and equipment inspections when using the Fork
trucks
• Tracking the location of goods and supplies within the warehouse.
• Maintaining accurate paper and database records.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations when using Fork trucks and
unloading lorries
Goods In Supervisor Requirements
• Proven track record in Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain Management.
• Previous Print / Paper experience.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Time management and organisation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse computer skills - tracking and logging jobs in
and out.
• Ability to drive a fork lift truck, together with a valid licence to drive one.
