The job also involves ensuring that entrance and exit points are clean and tidy, assisting in the packing and removal of equipment and furniture from the site, and performing painting and decorating tasks as directed by management. Additionally, the role includes assisting the civil team with ad hoc maintenance tasks, communicating the status of work to both the customer and the Mitie contract management team, and maintaining high standards of personal performance, hygiene, appearance, and attitude at all times. Other reasonable tasks as directed by management must also be carried out.
