About The Role
Morrison Water Services are recruiting for a Defect Coordinator to work on our Thames Water Smart Metering and Developer Services contract in Dartford. This role will be expected to be a minimum of 2-3 days a week in the office.
As a Defect Coordinator you will be part of our Planning Team who are responsible for planning and scheduling our external excavation works.
As the Defect Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Processing all defects once received from client/local authority
- Dealing with urgent 2 and 4 hour SLGs/Defects
- Defect related administrative work inclusive of but not restricted to raising job packs, uploading photos to company system, data uploads and completing daily trackers.
- Defect related reporting using company system.
- Provide cover and additional support within the defect team
- Collaborative working with other departments on contracted work streams
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Knowledge of Defects
- Knowledge of Traffic Management.
- General IT skills
- Customer complaints handling
