The Role

This individual will direct breakfast operations while ensuring that the outlet is maximizing its potential. They will be responsible for the financial and guest results of the outlet as well as the learning & development and retention of their employees.

Additionally, you will be expected to work within the Cafe environment to provide full support and management cover within the Cafe and Bar as part of your regular duties.
