- Job Title: Paediatric Nurse Care Manager
- Annual Salary: £40,000-£45,000 inc Car Allowance
- Experience: Critical with valid NMC PIN
- Office Location: Poole, BH17 7FJ
- Field Areas to cover: Dorset
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 24 - 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
- Part Time or Full Time available
- Driver: Critical
Main Responsibilities of a Nurse Care Manager
- Manage and implement training and skills competency assessments
- Providing unique care plans
- Respond to incidents in a professional manner
- Lead and manage a team of Health Care Assistants
- The ability to liaise and communicate effectively with carers, service users, families and health care professionals
