Crynodeb
Service Care Solutions is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor for a client in Croydon.
You will play a key role in managing and improving the H&S Management System, supporting managers and colleagues to ensure safety policies are consistently applied.
This is a full time, permanent role offering £46,305 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing H&S policies and procedures.
- Provide daily support to managers on H&S matters, promoting a culture of risk accountability.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and safety.
- Support accident reporting and lead investigations when necessary.
- Deliver H&S training and collaborate with managers to enhance safety practices.
About You:
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience in H&S policy development and practical risk reduction.
- Ability to influence and engage colleagues at all levels.
- NEBOSH Certificate
