CRDN UK is a leading restoration partner to major insurers across the UK. We are looking for a CSR to join our friendly team and work in our Molesey operation. No formal qualifications are required. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training. Please note - DBS checks will be carried out on all applicants.
There are two main functions of this role – Sales & Marketing and Site Response. Each aspect has its individual responsibilities as laid out below
Sales & Marketing
· Target of 10 calls and 25 visits per week to existing and potential clients
· Progress and maintain existing relationships
· Develop industry contacts
· Generate new business
Site Response:
· Attend all loss sites on new claims within the territory
· Liaise with all personnel on site, establishing and maintaining relationships
· Manage the initial conversations with the Policy Holder.
· Responsible for gathering as much data as possible on the claim and any communications must be written down and reported effectively.
· Identify any potential sales opportunities
· Remove / Pull the job independently or alongside nominated CSR
· Liaise with Claims Manager and Production Coordinator to ensure smooth claim completion
· Maintain and complete claim files for each job in accordance with Claims Management Procedure
General responsibilities:
· Answering telephone as required.
· Management and archiving of own filing: support documents and legal documents.
Miscellaneous:
· This job will require extensive travel and the possibility of overnight stays throughout the territory as required
