Summary

Albyn Housing Society are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Repairs and Maintenance Manager supporting the team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of repairs, voids, compliance and planned work programmes throughout the Highlands. This is a full time and permanent position. Closing date: Tuesday 15th October at 12pm.

Contract Terms: 35 hours per week (full time), Permanent
Salary: £59,859 - £62,948, Grade C3-C1 + Car allowance
Location: Invergordon with Hybrid Working

As a Repairs and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of your team. You will support the team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of repairs, voids, compliance and planned work programmes throughout our 3,800 properties located across the Highlands.
As Repairs and Maintenance Manager you will lead the team to deliver cost-effective and customer-focused services, ensuring all mandatory and statutory requirements are met while identifying areas for continuous improvement.

You will be passionate about tenant safety and ensure that we are fully compliant with all mandatory and statutory requirements and will be proactive in seeking efficiency, be able to identify and drive areas for improvement and use data to inform how we shape our services in both the short and longer term.
