Yeovil College is looking for a highly organised and proactive University Centre Administrator to join our successful team. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage key administrative tasks across the student lifecycle, from admissions to graduate outcomes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. You'll provide essential support to students and staff, handle data reporting, and work closely with leadership to drive the Centre's development. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive under pressure, and are passionate about supporting students, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact!
What we're looking for: Previous Administration experience within a data focussed environment. A proactive work ethic with an eye for details. Proficient in handling and analysing a range of data sources. Level 2 qualification in English and Maths. Strong interpersonal skills. The ability to remain calm under pressure. An excellent team player.
