The Trust is founded on the vision that, through working together, we can provide outstanding learning experiences for the pupils and students in our communities. Our pupils are at the heart of our vision and we believe that, by investing in our staff and working as a team, together we can make a difference.   We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Family Support Worker to join our team at Clarendon School on a full time basis for 36 hours a week (see further information in job description) The Clarendon/Capella Family Partnership Worker will play an active role within the Clarendon/Capella team, working across both sites. This role entails working with senior leaders to identify and support families, reduce barriers to pupil attendance and learning, help parents and carers to network, access support from other agencies (which may include financial support, housing, and social care), and work with the designated safeguarding lead, attending Children in Need (CIN) and Team Around the Child (TAC) meetings. There is a requirement to liaise and collaborate with the Family Partnership Workers from other Trust schools. Are you looking for…?
