Our client is a leading global logistics and freight forwarding company, delivering customised transportation solutions across air, sea, road, and rail. With deep expertise in imports, exports, and customs clearance.

Their comprehensive services include ETSF bonded warehousing, e-commerce logistics, and specialised project cargo handling, ensuring seamless, cost-effective deliveries around the globe.

As part of their exciting expansion, they’re offering full-time, permanent positions for Import Operations Clerks at their London Heathrow office.

Shift patterns

4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern (12-hour shifts)

07:00 – 19:00

09:00 – 21:00

12:00 – 00:00

Are you the right person for the job?

• A minimum of 2 years experience in Import customs clearance procedures
• Familiarity with ASM Sequoia and Box-Top is a bonus (but training will be provided!)
• Excellent keyboard skills
• A reliable team player with great time management
• Able to take initiative and work independently

What will your role look like?

• Creating ETSF records and releasing cargo
• Arranging cargo collections from UK airports
• Handling T1 and Import clearances for Air, Road, and Sea cargo movements
• Managing customer requests via email, WeChat, and telephone
• Completing job bookings and processing all import documentation
• Preparing job files for invoicing
• Liaising with external suppliers as needed
