Crynodeb

Our client based in Hereford is looking for agriculture workers to work for them on a temporary basis. They will be responsible for ensuring flowers production, quality and distribution. We have two roles available one for packing inside on a line and one working outside on the fields.

Contract type: Temporary on ongoing basis

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Shift pattern: 6 days per week (either working Saturday or Sunday)

Experience required: Full training provided

Outdoor environment

50 – 55 hours a week / days will be from 10-15 hours depending on demand, start times can vary from 0600-0800am starts so flexibility in hours is required

Key Responsibilities outside role:

• Weed and remove debris from gardens and flower beds.
• Plant, water, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and mini trees.
• Maintain and care for gardens and landscapes.
• Assist with groundskeeping duties as needed.
• Fast-paced work
• This position requires heavy lifting (outside work)

Key Responsibilities outside:

• Fast-paced work
• makes wreaths for Chistmas
• Cleaning debris from flowers, plants and shrubs
• Labelling customer orders onto trolleys
• Moving trollies ready for delivery
• Potting plants
