Insurance Sale Specialist
We have roles based in Manchester City Centre, Chorley and Bolton
Full Time Starting time: Immediate! Basic Pay: £25,000 + uncapped commissions
Our client is a good sized brokerage company, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are also proud to be one of the leading insurance brokers in the market for promoting ethics and sustainability. We are now very excited to grow our team and currently looking to recruit 8 Home Insurance Specialist that each hold at least two years experience in this field.
Role Accountabilities:
Meet and exceed new business targets
· Excellent general insurance product knowledge from all the key providers in the UK
· Responsible for the full end to end process of applications ensuring that customers’ needs are being identified and addressed
· Ensure that the clients are receiving the correct and compliant advice
· Responsible to ensure clients understand the products and services available to them
· Capable to obtain a fully comprehensive fact find in order to determine appropriate coverage levels
· Liaising with providers in a confident and professional manner for any available discounts to meet clients’ needs
· Dealing with incoming leads promptly and ensure sale process is electronically followed within the CRM Qualification & Experience
· strong people skills, with a proactive attitude and preferably a minimum of three years experience within the Insurance sector. · Task management skills
· Able to efficiently and accurately make use of the CRM
· A high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data
· Strong work ethic and desire for continuous learning · CII Cert will be considered and asset What we offer:
