To be an Optometry lead within the Community Eye Services. To assess, diagnose and manage patients referred to the optometry department. This post is based within the community and carries a specialist caseload delivering a highly complex optometric service and a comprehensive range of core services. To provide teaching and training of other healthcare professionals, junior doctors and other senior medical staff.
