Crynodeb
You will be required to monitor Direct Payment Accounts, confirming incoming and outgoing funds in each account.
Main duties include:
Maintaining accurate records and recording these on Excel Spreadsheets. Confirming the outgoing funds match the assessed needs of each client & indicating any inconsistencies found with the relevant person.
Working alongside three Local Authorities, liaising with social workers, social care teams, clients, care providers, support services and other departments within the company.
Ensuring the care needs of our clients are met. Creating client accounts and adding these to our company system.
Complete service review questionnaires with clients across the three Local Authorities and share any compliments or concerns communicated during the reviews.
Skills and competencies required for the role:
• Self-motivated
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & similar software packages
• Good time management
• Problem solving
• Self-initiative
• Self-management of own work
• Dependability
