Maintenance Handyperson - working for a very large nationwide maintenance company.
Job comes with a van and fuel card - £30,800 pa (PAYE)
This role will be extremely long term and is highly likely to go permanent for the right candidate.
NO QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - YOU JUST NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED TIME SERVED MAINTENANCE PERSON WITH A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE
- Van and fuel card provided for you - van can be taken home every day
- Days - Monday to Friday (NN4)
- 8am - 4pm
- Working in areas such as Hunsbury Meadows, Kislingbury, Rothersthorpe, etc
Main Duties:
- Very straightforward carpentry and joinery repair - such as repair of doors and windows.
- Changing or fitting locks and latches, re-fixing cupboard doors etc.
- Painting work.
- General straightforward maintenance and repair work in a commercial building.
ESSENTIAL APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience as a Handyperson, building maintenance person, or property repair person.
- Experience in straight forward carpentry repair.
- Experience in painting and general repair work.
- Ability to change a lock, repair a door or fit a new latch.
- Good all-round maintenance and repair experience.
- South - West Northampton areas.
Monday to Friday - Days - extremely long-term role.
£590 per week (before tax) plus van and fuel card provided for you along with all PPE, equipment, tools and materials.
Amazing job opportunity that would be ideal for an experienced handy-person or building maintenance and repair person with a full UK driving licence and a willingness to work in a mobile role within areas such as Hardingstone, Hunsbury and the Northampton areas.
