Crynodeb
You will be trained to manage the complete clinical care of patients with injuries and illness with the support of our multidisciplinary team. This role will also provide a development opportunity to enrol on further clinically appropriate training related to the needs of the service. The Trainee role involves the authority to refer, admit and discharge within the clinical setting of ED and UCC youll be equipped to manage patients who present with unscheduled care, examine, diagnose, treat, refer and discharge appropriately and safely. Our Practitioner Team will support trainees and provide knowledge based experience to ensure gold standard quality patient care. Trainees are expected to complete competencies with the guidance of the team and demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development. On completion of the competencies the role will be a qualified band 7.
