How you’ll make a differenceThe role is responsible for creating, directing, and supporting feature teams to adhere to Scrum principles and practices, facilitating the agile development process and ensuring that the cycles of continuous improvement occurs.
What you’ll bring
- Excellent communication with the ability to multitask and work to deliver to tight timelines.
- Proven delivery capability across multi-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groupings
- Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience with the ability to manage and motivate the team.
- Experience of leading agile/scrum teams directly and operating within an agile operation, including the creation of high performing teams
- Proven experience in applying the key principles of delivery management across TSB, and external business environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).What we offer in return
