This role is starting asap, working 18 hours a week in an ongoing contract.

Knowsley Borough Council is seeking Assistant Care Managers to join their Adult Social Care (ASC) Review Team on a temporary basis. The role involves completing Social Care Needs Assessments (SCNA) and providing services to meet identified needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Social Care Needs Assessments (SCNA) to evaluate individual care requirements.
Support the provision of appropriate social care services.
Collaborate with the Review Team to ensure effective care management and service delivery.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification and experience in social care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals in need.
