Job Overview
Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development:Create and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Community Management:Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels to engage with the audience and build community.
• Analytics and Reporting:Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Social Media Advertising:Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, optimizing for target audiences and goals.
• Trend Monitoring:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant.
• Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams (such as design, content, and public relations) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Brand Management:Ensure that all social media activities align with the brand's voice, mission, and values.
• Influencer Partnerships:Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand reach and engage new audiences.
Wage - £7-£13 dependant on experience
Hours – 12hours a week, part time, flexible
Location – Just Nails Direct, 1 Stadium Place, Leicester, LE4 0JS
Skills and Qualifications required
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail.
• Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
• Essential to have a creative mind.
• Eagerness to learn new skills.
• GCSE English and Maths C and above.
• Conversant with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Conversant with All social media platforms i.e
