As a management consultant at PATH2 STRATEGY & CO. CONSULTANCY LTD, you will provide consultancy in strategic, operational, and managerial matters. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, operational improvement, organizational structure and management, as well as methods such as risk management. Focusing on the specific needs of companies, you will deliver solution-oriented services to clients through various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Designing and executing strategic plans to attain organizational objectives, including the undertaking of market research and competitor analysis.
Operational Improvement: Assessing and refining business processes to improve efficiency, while pinpointing opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement.
Organizational Structure and Management: Examining and proposing adjustments to the organizational structure, along with offering advice on leadership development and talent management.
Risk Management: Evaluating potential risks and formulating strategies for risk mitigation, as well as developing business continuity plans to ensure organizational resilience.
Financial Analysis: Examining financial data and offering suggestions for financial enhancement, as well as engaging in budgeting and forecasting to bolster strategic decision-making.
Training and Development: Developing and executing training programs to foster skill development and contributing to performance evaluation processes.
Communication and Relationship Management: Improving communication strategies within the organization and overseeing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Master Degree
• Deep understanding of the industry or industries in which they specialize.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business situations and provide strategic solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex ideas and recommendations to clients and team members.
• Competence in project management to plan, execute, and oversee consulting projects effectively.
• Proven ability to identify problems, develop hypotheses, and implement solutions to address client challenges.
• Previous experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field
• Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships within the industry and attract clients
