Sheffield City Council - Adults Social Workers - Mental Health Team
£30.00 per hour umbrella
Hybrid - 2 days a week from home
Responsibilities and duties as follows:
- Undertaking social care assessments and delivering timely care packages for hospital inpatients prior to discharge
- Some mental capacity assessments, BI decisions and safeguarding as required
- Attending 117 meetings, ward rounds, professional meetings
- Facilitating learning opportunities for ASYEs through shadowing
- Participation in duty rota
- Successful candidate will be welcomed and integrated into the team and offered regular supervision and support.
