Summary
Providing care for the animals of Wigan for over 40 years. Anrich Vets is a tier 3, RCVS accredited Veterinary Hospital that offers first opinion care as well as referral services to clients across the whole of the UK. Home to in-house CT and MRI as well as Veterinary Surgeons with Advanced Practitioner status, we have the ability to deal with a wide variety of cases.
Due to the growth of the business, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Client Care team. Working along side a dedicated team to provide an outstanding level of customer service to our growing client base, you will be the first face our clients see when visiting practice. Efficiency is key when working in a veterinary practice, as well as an eye for detail. The ability to work as a team to manage the appointment diary and ensure the smooth running of the day is essential.

Duties within the role include, but are not limited to:
- Liasing with clients face to face as well as over the phone
- Welcoming pets and their owners into practice
- Booking appointments and managing the diary
- Responding to emails and medication requests via our app
- Taking payments in person and over the phone
- Debt management
- Ordering prescription diets and medications as well as preparing orders
- Message taking, communication with other teams within the practice
- Sending and requesting histories from other veterinary practices
- Promoting our VIP plan
- Promoting our services via social media
- Encouraging clients to follow our 8 point plan as advised by our clinical team
- End of day cash reconciliation
- Open up protocol
- Photocopying
- General administration tasks
This is a full time position over 5 days at 37.5 hours per week, with one in four Saturdays. Saturdays are until 2pm and can either be paid as overtime or time back. This position could also could be split between two part time positions and this can be discussed on interview.
