Summary
Tutor Russian speaking construction workers to achieve levels where they can take commands, understand the task and ask questions if they are not sure.
Work closely to pass site inductions, health and safety oriented questionnaires and any trade related basic qualifications that site requires.
Continuously develop a frame work that worker can self study.
Be comfortable with different age demographics, understand that some students will require explanation on very basic level.
Positively influence students to work towards further UK trade qualification.
Basic Knowledge of terminology in electrical, electronics and security systems.
Work closely to pass site inductions, health and safety oriented questionnaires and any trade related basic qualifications that site requires.
