We are looking for an experienced clinician and inspirational leader to join our team as the Pharmacist Manager Medicines Optimisation / Clinical Lead for Care of Older People & Frailty within the Pharmacy Department at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This role is crucial to the delivery, development, and evaluation of pharmaceutical services across the hospital and plays a key role in helping divisions optimise medicines use within available resources.
