This role pays a competitive salary of £22,000 - £23,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development.
- Counsel clients on property management, landlord-tenant issues, financing, joint ventures, and development projects.
- Handle your own caseload from start to completion in Commercial Property.
About you:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in commercial real estate or property law.
- Ability to conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
