Mobile HVAC Engineer - Facilities Management - Berkshire - £45,500 plus van plus excellent benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a National Facilities Management company working on prestigious clients' sites in the Berkshire area, M4 Corridor between Reading and Bristol
Salary: £45,500 plus Van plus excellent benefits
Benefits to include: Company van, £125 on call, 25 Days Holiday + BH, Company Pension, Private Healthcare, Company Sick Pay, Flex Benefits scheme.
Hours of work: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Berkshire area, M4 Corridor between Reading and Bristol
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of plant, equipment and industrial service supplies including:
-HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
-Industrial / Commercial Chillers and various split systems
-Building management Systems
-AHU Plant and associated Equipment - Carry out reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment.
- To work as an on-call duty engineer as part of a team rota if required.
- To complete site work order documentation to required site standards.
The successful candidate:
- Solid background Working in a HVAC Engineering role.
- Trade Qualifications and Refrigeration Qualifications NVQ/C&G Certificate.
- FGAS qualification is essential.
- Electrically qualified or competent
- Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage
- Refrigerant handling certification
- Knowledge of Permit to Work System.
- Ability to sustain effective relationships
- Some Knowledge of Building Management Systems would be an advantage.
- A Full UK Driving licence.
