About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious cosmetic and aesthetic clinic seeking an experienced and motivated Aesthetic Nurse. The ideal candidate will specialise in Laser treatments and injectables, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in patient care and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional non-surgical treatments, including Lasers, Botox, and dermal fillers.
• Conduct skin analysis and provide expert advice.
• Lead and manage a team of therapists.
• Drive patient retention and meet sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and conduct audits.
Qualifications:
• NMC registered
• Expertise in Laser and injectable treatments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
