Crynodeb
Neway is seeking a Builder to join our client based with Somerset Council.
This role is starting asap, working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm in an ongoing contract.
To provide a repairs and maintenance service to over 5,600 communal areas, tenanted properties and empty homes to the council’s standards, statutory requirements, and relevant building regulations.
This role is critical to ensure our housing stock in maintained to statutory legislation and repairs are completed to prescribed timescales, such as resolving defects causing damp and mould as detailed in the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE WILL PART OF SMALL TEAM WHO WILL FOCUS ON DAMP AND MOULD CASES.
