Crynodeb
We have two full-time Damp, Mould and Condensation (DMC) Cleaner roles available in our Building Services Team.
The successful candidate will be delivering a high-quality customer focussed service of which the main responsibilities are the cleaning of properties to clear and aid the prevention of mould.
There will also be painting and decorating, as well as assisting other trades in our Council managed Properties.
You will also be a good communicator, with the ability to listen to our tenants, sympathise and advise on best practice in preventing mould growth.
Interviews will be held in-person on Tuesday 29th October, 2024.
