Student Services is a diverse yet integrated, leading-edge Directorate which supports the student journey through guidance, support, practical services and educational opportunities for students and staff.
Within that, The University Health Service comprises a small team that supports students and staff in a variety of ways, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join us.
You will be an initial point of service contact, and manage varied telephone, email, face to face and text enquiries. You will provide clerical, administrative and reception support to the University Health Service Team in relation to their clinical and other duties with University of Dundee students and staff. Contact with wider university staff, partner agencies, parents and others will be a regular part of the role.
You will be able to interact positively with people at all levels and have a commitment to service delivery, whilst maintaining strict patient confidentiality. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/Windows.
