As a busy dynamic team, we are responsible for promoting and protecting the reputation of the Trust. We do this through delivering high standards of care to all our patients and community. The post-holder will provide enthusiastic, passionate and innovative nursing team leadership, demonstrating outstanding evidence based clinical practice and leadership within
the multi-professional team, combined with clear and effective operational/resource management. Will manage and develop patient care in minor injuries unit autonomously.
The post holder is responsible for the safe and effective running of the minor injury unit service provision whilst on duty.
Provides education, expertise and mentorship to peers and undertakes audit
