Crynodeb
• Leading temple worship daily and on special occasions such as Navaratri, Shivaratri and Krishna Janamasthmi (as defined as per the annual Hindu calendar)
• Conducting various poojas and regular temple services
• Performing Arati, chanting sanskrit slokas, singing bhajans and playing musical instruments as required
• Providing religious education for children and adults through scriptural
teaching
• Teaching through pravachans and organising classes as required
• Participating in special projects such as promotions and overseeing special programs such as yagnas and cultural activities
• Officiating at marriages, mundan ceremonies and other special services
• Offering counselling and welfare support to members of the congregation
• Maintaining darbars and mandir hall at an acceptable standard
• From time to time there will be ah-hoc responsibilities, which will be deem as required, and will be requested by the Mandir’s Trustee.
• As the Mandir transforms, the Mandir Trustee may alter or change task as required.
Candidates must have right to work in the UK, and be in the UK.
