Connect Appointments are recruiting for a small independent food manufacturer in Kirkcaldy, Fife. We're seeking reliable people to become Food Production/Warehosue Operatives to join and help grow our client's business.
What's on offer:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- £11.44 p/h - paid weekly
- Immediate starts available
- Full training provided
Working as a Food Production Operative, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the manufacturing process of condiments, curry kits, sauces, Kimchi, and other items
- Utilising kitchen tools and equipment, both tabletop and floor-standing machines
- Ensuring compliance with H&S standards, including cleaning, organising, and maintaining proper documentation
- Managing packaging and finished goods inventory in the warehouse
- Packing orders efficiently and accurately for shipment
To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment. Combined with kitchen experience, even as a home cook, and; a positive "can-do" attitude and adaptability to work in different areas of the business.
