We are excited to be recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our Business Travel team to manage the day-to-day running of the department and support the Head of Business Travel and Flight Services. This is an exciting role focused on ensuring productivity and performance of the department to achieve budget requirements whilst motivating staff to deliver an exceptional service and maximise revenue.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence a team and drive change and improvement for the department. In this role you will provide ongoing support, training and motivation to drive performance when providing an extensive and diverse travel service, tailor made to customers’ requirements. Working closely with the Head of Business Travel & Flight Services, you will hold regular team meetings, 121s and performance reviews, alongside coaching and development, as well as answering calls and dealing with enquiries.
As the successful candidate you will have strong motivational, communication and prioritisation skills along with a high level of accuracy. It would be essential for the successful candidate to have travel industry experience with a keen interest to be in a leadership role, supporting a team.
This is a full-time role, working 35 hours a week, based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL)
