My client is looking for a Caretaker to work at a School around the Basildon area. This is a Part- time Temporary Position to start ASAP initially until Friday 20th December 2024
You will be expected to work the following hours:
Monday 15:00 - 18:00
Tuesday 14:00 - 18:00
Wednesday 14:00 - 18:00
Thursday 17:00 - 21:00
Friday 14:00 - 18:00
**19 hours in total- but there is potential for an extra 5 hours per week (1 extra hour per day)**
Your Duties will include:
• General Caretaker duties
• Closing up of the school
• Health & Safety- weekly/monthly compliance checks
• Maintenance
• Porterage
• Any DIY/trades skills would be beneficial but not essential
