Crynodeb
We’re looking for an experienced Capital Project Manager to deliver capital projects across the full NCA footprint. Working across all four of our sites – Salford, Oldham, Rochdale and Bury – you’ll have experience of delivering capital projects on major operational sites such as a hospital.
You’ll get involved in capital developments on all our sites, and will be experienced in project delivery, planning and monitoring as well as being financially adept, able to forecast and profile spend across multiple projects. You’ll need to be a strong stakeholder manager as well and able to work with contractors, clinicians and other colleagues, and comfortable with holding everyone within projects to account.
You’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the delivery of the NCA’s estate capital programme to ensure excellence of facilities is achieved within financial constraints.
Preparing and maintaining project plans and other project documentation and publishing these to project boards
Delivering capital projects from feasibility through to timely completion and within budget working alongside project teams and construction partners
Ensuring all capital projects are completed to high standards using best sustainable practices whilst achieving value for money
Provision of professional advice/expertise for schemes across the NCA
