Neonatal Staff Nurse - Band 5 - Various hours

Are you passionate about caring for pre-term and vulnerable babies?

Would you like to work within an NHS Organisation where Community and Hospital Services have joined together to provide a seamless service to protect and care for babies, and their families, from birth throughout admission and post discharge.

We have a well-established Neonatal team providing care from 27 weeks gestation. The unit capacity comprises of 1 intensive, 3 high dependency and 9 special care cots. In line with the North West Neonatal Operation Delivery Network, we provide short term Intensive Care for up to 48 hours. We have access to 3 (Tertiary) Level III Neonatal Units, within Greater Manchester, fully supported by the Greater Manchester Neonatal Transport Service.

Are you a skilled, enthusiastic Neonatal Nurse looking to work within a team of like-minded individuals who believe that babies and families are at the centre of everything we do?
• To assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care within sphere of responsibility.
• To assist in the management and organisation of work in the clinical area.
• To always act in a manner consistent with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct carrying out his/her duties in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
