Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Administration support for SHEQ department and senior management
- Assisting with company compliance to legislation, regulation and company procedures.
- Monitoring and updating the companies training matrix and when necessary organising the required training.
- Interacting and cooperating with all members of the business, suppliers, and customers.
- Helping in the preparation of operational reports, risk assessments, method statements, permit applications and sourcing of equipment.

The ideal candidate will be:
- Able to communicate effectively with all types of stakeholders of the business from management, employees, clients and contractors.
- Proficient with the Microsoft office platform (or equivalent) to be able to complete
* forms based on MS word templates.
* spreadsheets with MS Excel for data inputting.
- Responsible for updating online portals from clients and governing bodies.
- Supporting our H&S colleagues in day-to-day activities
- Organised to carry out company filing and updating project trackers.
- Thorough with good attention to detail.

This role is a developmental role with the view of providing further health and safety training to the right individual for further progression within the department.
