You will be part of our Estates Operations Facilities, the largest division within the University. This role will be a member of our Facilities Maintenance team which currently has 41 members.

What you will be doing

We are looking for plumbers to provide routine planned and reactive maintenance duties to the internal and external heating and cooling infrastructure on our campus. You could be working in:

  • student residences
  • technical laboratories
  • the library
  • the sports centre
  • offices
  • catering facilities, or
  • at indoor or outdoor events.

About you

To be a great fit for our Service Delivery department you will need:

  • recognised qualifications and experience
  • great customer service skills
  • a team-orientated and flexible approach.

This post is offered on a full-time, indefinite basis. This post operates on a shift work pattern.

Working hours: Monday-Wednesday 0800 –1630; Thursday 0800 – 1600; Friday 0800 – 1300 plus weekend rota and rota for call out duties
