We're looking for an ambitious digital merchandising assistant to help deliver our exciting new food digital strategy. If you have the administrative experience and the keen eye for detail we need, we can offer you the chance to build a career and develop your skills with a business that's using digital to make a difference in communities across the UK.

In this role, you'll support our digital merchandising manager in improving the online shopping experience for our members and customers. We'll look to you to work with your category team to implement category strategies across our own website and partner websites, including Deliveroo, Amazon, and Starship. Q-commerce is an increasingly significant part of our business, and it's a high-profile, fast-paced area to work in. What you'll do:

* support the digital merchandising manager with day-to-day admin tasks
* use a range of internal and external market data to support the building and development of online pricing and promotional strategies
* implement category strategies specific to each platform
* work across several areas of responsibility including ranging, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and search optimisation
* contribute to activity planning through product nominations
* support key partnerships with suppliers
* collate and build reports and analyse data and insight to drive actions day-to-day

This role will suit people who have:

* an interest in q-commerce
* experience with using and analysing basic data
* a keen eye for detail
* good organisational and prioritisation skills
* great relationship building skills and the ability and confidence to work cross-functionally
* a good understanding of food retail
