Crynodeb
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Cleveland Surgery, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery. Work closely with clinicians, administrative staff, and the wider healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Manage staff recruitment, training, and appraisals, fostering a positive and supportive working environment. Implement practice policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to NHS guidelines and regulatory standards. Manage patient feedback, and complaints, and ensure timely resolution. Handle financial management, including budgets, payroll, and monitoring performance against financial targets. Coordinate staff rotas, and clinic schedules, and ensure adequate staffing levels. Lead on CQC compliance and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders, including the local PCN and healthcare bodies. Drive innovation and improvement projects within the practice. Working Hours: You will be working 37.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday. We are flexible and happy to discuss your preferred working hours during the interview. We are also open to candidates condensing their hours into 4 days once they've had time to adjust to the role and team.
