We are looking for a new registered service manager to support one of our services in Redhill.
You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life. You will need to be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate and believe strongly in great leadership. The role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh this.
You will need to be adaptable, flexible, and be able to lead staff to support our people to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking.
This role includes attending monthly management meetings in Reigate, being part of an on-call rota and actively participating in ongoing learning and development.
In return for your dedicated service you can expect a competitive rate of pay, enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with various aspects of free legal support and counselling, support with gaining further qualifications in Social Care (levels 3 and 5), career progression opportunities which have seen 80% of our management progress into their current roles since they’ve started with us as Support Workers, financial awards for successful recruitment referrals and most importantly inclusive, friendly and supportive environment for you to grow and thrive in.
