We're looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our growing UK Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you'll have the opportunity to develop and produce highly creative, high-quality branding and campaign work across multiple channels and brands. We are looking for a collaborative and proactive Designer, who has the initiative to produce on-brand content and the organisational skills to project manage.

Responsibilities include:
- Producing high-quality visual assets including, but not limited to, email, banners, videos, infographics, and interactive elements to support campaigns.
- Creating offline assets such as OOH adverts, leaflets, posters, brochures and large-scale artwork for events.
- Ensuring the design aesthetic is consistent across all touch points.
- Providing outstanding creative design solutions as well as accurate amends, ensuring the brief is fulfilled to the highest standard and delivered to schedule.
- Retouching and enhancing imagery to ensure high-quality visual standard to be used across various channels.
- Participating in creative review sessions, to share best practice and generate new ideas and initiatives to drive our brand forwards.
- Liaising with external agencies and freelancers when needed, to supplement in-house capacity.

- Have a passion for new software, technology, design trends & new media.
- Able to travel with work when required.
What we need from you:
Essential
- At least 4-5 years design experience in an in-house design team, marketing agency, or as a freelance designer.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design skills & experience.
- The ability to confidently communicate your ideas both verbally and visually.
- High proficiency in creating / designing PowerPoint and Microsoft templates.
- The ability to work on multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously.
- Highly skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Graphic Design degree or equivalent qualifications.
Desirable
- Experience with video or motion graphics using industry-standard software including Premier Pro and After Effects would be an advantage
- Previous experience working within the automotive sector
