NEW WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR ROLE
Hemel Hempstead
Salary: 34k + company benefits
YOLO Recruitment is currently looking for a Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk to join their Client in Hertfordshire.
You will be dealing with all claims & warranty for the company.
Duties for the Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk role:
• Ensure all warranty meet the manufacturers requirements
• Advise on warranty adjustments to ensure balance of warranty account.
• Maintain an accurate filing system of warranty claims for audit purposes.
• To manage & process warranty corrosion & body paint claims from telephone and walk in enquiries
• Ensure all administrative functions & processes within the warranty department are carried out
• To monitor any ‘warranty pending’ jobs
To be considered for this Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk role, you must have claims or warranty experience in the motor trade.
Hours for this Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk role are Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30.
