Crynodeb
This role will liaise with Admin Manager, Service Manager, Medical Secretaries, Designated doctor for child deaths and rapid response service as well as a wide range of medical, nursing and allied health professional and admin staff within the Trust and outside agencies, and patients and relatives over the telephone externally, acting as a focal point of contact for all general enquiries concerning the work of the clinical team. Liaise with GPs, patients, medical, nursing and support services within the Trust in a courteous and professional manner
